![]() ![]() Prosthetic-orthodontic OSE represented 14% of cases. We found that the most prevalent pathology was acute apical periodontitis whereas odontogenic abscess showed the lowest frequency. We search the cases in the demographic/epidemiological databases of the CAM regional government and the Illustrious Official College of Dentists and Stomatologists of the First Region (Madrid). Our aim with this study is to find out the number of cases and type of odonto-stomatological emergencies (OSE) treated in four dental clinics of the Madrid capital area and region (CAM) in the period covered between March 17th and 4th of May. Thus not operating in good faith with the customer.Odontology practice has been severely compromised by the pandemic caused by COVID-19 and Spain is one of the countries with higher incidence. The final result is it really ends up, at times, being a disingenuous offer. It means either the staff are making it up as they go to reject as many requests as possible, they legitimately don't understand what the clauses mean, or the clauses are not specific enough in the first place. Which makes no sense, you may as well not even have the price match policy at that point. I've even had one unhelpful staff member reject a request citing this very clause because the item was on a sale price, "a promotion", at their competitors. At least some of their employees have a different view in that they refuse to price match anything on promotion. I think that's how common sense would understand that clause. The clause itself is pretty self explanatory, they will match the price - "Products lowered in price", but they won't combine it with another offer "cannot be combined with any other TWL or competitor’s promotion…" OK fine, match the price, but don't combine it. If a customer is simply asking for a price match on an item, it's really irrelevant if it's already on a promotion, because the promotion is thus excluded. I assume the clause they are citing in this case is "Products lowered in price cannot be combined with any other TWL or competitor’s promotion or credit offer, or with any trade terms, direct purchasing from the supplier or limited quantity offers." It's about treating their customers in good faith, I don't think they are. buy one get one freeĬhemist Warehouse reserves the right to deny any price matching claims if they do not meet the above They definitely need some training for their staff, I've seen various, and some very strange, interpretations of their price promise. ![]() ![]() Our price matching policy excludes international orders and offers that are exclusively online. This policy cannot be applied to products at the other company if they are: You will need to pay for your order in full, however after your price match has been approved you will receive a refund for the matched price. ![]() Please note we require notification of your price match request within 24 hours of placing an order with us.
